Our assignment was Renovation for DIB-Egypt Factory in Mustrad, Cairo, Egypt. With two repeated underground basement , ground floor, Five repeated floor, roof and upper roof of area 500 m2 each including reinforcement the existing beams and ceilings and all type of external and internal finishing (reinforced cast-in-place concrete and finishing surfaces by heliocopter Machine with sika chapdur premix ,reinforced steel for doors ,aluminum windows ,water proofing ,plastering ,sement based paints , dry mix external painting, insulation, raised floor, stone floor, Stone Cladding, HDF wooden floor, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, mosaic tiles, gypsum board, Plastic Painting, epoxy paints, decorative painting, stainless steel handrails, glass work, blexi board, wood cladding, brushed composite panels, Stone Counters, Stainless Steel Protection Angle, Guard Rail, art work, , interlock floor, concrete curbs, grass floor, paving tiles, concrete fence, soft scape works and hard scape works)
