Our Assignment
Our assignment was the concrete skeleton and masonry mork and core & shell finishing works of two villas c4&c4x Allegria Golf Cource in Al-Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, Egypt. With ground, first floor and roof with area 450 m2 each including façade finishes (external plaster, dry mix external painting, aluminum windows and doors, cement-based paints, roof shed) and half Internal finishing (internal plaster, wooden doors and all roof layers finishes) and All Electromechanical Works (HVAC, Electric, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Telephone and Data).

Our Assignment
Our assignment was the concrete skeleton and masonry work for Many Residential Building & Villas in Whole Country of Egypt. With underground basement floor , ground floor, five repeated floor, roof and upper roof of area 500 m2 each and all Type of External and Internal finishing (internal plaster, external plaster, dry mix external painting, aluminum windows and doors, cement-based paints, roof shed, water proofing, thermal insulation, wooden door, all roof layers, stone floor, Stone Cladding, HDF wooden floor, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, mosaic tiles, gypsum board, Plastic Painting, epoxy paints, decorative painting, stainless steel handrails, glass work, blexi board, wood cladding, brushed composite panels, Stone Counters, Stainless Steel Protection Angle, interlock floor, concrete curbs, grass floor, paving tiles, concrete fence, soft scape works and hard scape works) and All Electromechanical Works (HVAC, Electric, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Telephone and Data).
