Our Assignment
Our assignment was Renovation of Green Land Factory for Food Industries in 10th of Ramadan, Ash Sharqia Governorate, Egypt. With Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor of area 1500 m2 each Including Concrete & Steel Reinforcement the Existing Columns, Beams, Ceiling (remove ceramic tiles, remove flooring finishing layers, remove concrete cover for structural elements, apply new reinforced concrete shirt with thick 15cm, apply new steel shirt with thick 15cm, reinstall flooring finishing layers, install IBE240, install IBE300, install galvanized wire mesh) and all type of external and internal finishing (internal plaster, external plaster, dry mix external painting, ceramic tiles, sornaga tiles, Plastic Painting, epoxy painting).

Our assignment was the concrete skeleton and masonry work for Micro Lab Claforan Building in Alsawah, Cairo, Egypt. With two repeated underground basement , ground floor, Two repeated floor, roof and upper roof of area 700 m2 each And all Type of External and Internal finishing (internal plaster, external plaster, dry mix external painting, insulation, P.V.C floor, raised floor, stone floor, Stone Cladding, HDF wooden floor, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, mosaic tiles, gypsum board, decorative aluminum panels, Plastic Painting, epoxy paints, decorative painting, stainless steel handrails, glass work, blexi board, wood cladding, brushed composite panels, Stone Counters, Stainless Steel Protection Angle, Guard Rail and art work) and All Electromechanical Works (HVAC, Electric, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Telephone and Data).

With ground floor, three repeated floor, roof, upper roof, service buildings and layout with area 11100 m2 for layout and 4000 m2 for main building. And all Type of External and Internal finishing (internal plaster, external plaster, dry mix external painting, insulation, P.V.C floor, raised floor, stone floor, Stone Cladding, HDF wooden floor, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, mosaic tiles, gypsum board, decorative aluminum panels, Plastic Painting, epoxy paints, decorative painting, stainless steel handrails, clean partition single/double face, glass work, blexi board, wood cladding, brushed composite panels, Stone Counters, Stainless Steel Protection Angle, Guard Rail, art work, interlock floor, concrete curbs, grass floor, paving tiles, concrete fence, soft scape works and hard scape works) and All Electromechanical Works (HVAC, Electric, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Telephone and Data).
